Birth services include a minimum of 2 prenatal visits, the birth of your baby (home birth, birth center, or hospital birth), and one or two follow up visits postpartum in the comfort of your home. Along with the basic care, you will have access to ask questions, get information, and have opportunities to discuss fears, joys, and concerns surrounding your pregnancy and birth.

Postpartum doula support is so important to parents, whether this is your first or your fourth child. I will be able to support you by creating a comfortable space for you to rest and bond with baby. I will support you through breastfeeding or help set up a station for bottles, whichever method works for you and baby. I can run errands for you, or help cook some meals for you and your family. Every family has a set of unique circumstances and I am here to assist you in the recovery of your birth. The postpartum package includes four 3-hour visits plus one 60 Minute massage. Additional postpartum care can be added billed in three-hour increments. Additional Massage Therapy can be purchased at an additional cost if desired, or subtracted from the package. (The office is located in Jenison inside The Healing Arts Center)
